Letter from my Higher Self

Four months after I was guided to write this, here I am — gifting these words to my one and only Self. A Self that is pure, connected, curious, and kind.

Time and time again, I have fallen. Life happens in the realm of humans, and so falling is not failure — it is something to be curious about, something to explore in order to expand. I know one thing for certain: every time I have fallen, I have risen. And each rising has made me more — more wise, more aware, more experienced, more embodied.

This letter is a reminder.

For the moments when I feel down. For the days when I feel stuck, out of sorts, or disconnected. For the times when I cannot see clearly.

Remember: I am exactly where I am meant to be. This too shall pass.

Instead of getting hyped up — anxious, desperate, frustrated — take your body outside. Go into nature. Run. Dance. Walk. Call a friend. Give and receive long, grounding hugs. This is a human experience. We all move through seasons when clarity disappears.

And what can even be said about sitting in silence? You know so well how peaceful, easy, and light you feel after an hour of stillness. How much compassion this practice brings to your own experience. The state of presence with whatever arises is precious — so precious.

You do not need to DO. You simply need to BE.

Being in your body has taught you so many lessons — when to say no, when to say yes, when to sit quietly and wait. The wisdom comes from within. Even the simplest question — What do I need right now? — can change everything. So start simple. Start gently. Whenever life becomes too much, simplify.

These moments are not punishments. They are teachers. They are here for expansion, for growth. Instead of fighting what is and creating resistance, step back. Breathe. Connect to the here and now. Pray. Pray that the Universe guides you, brings you the right people, the right places, the right situations — all aligned for you to become the truest version of yourself.

There is no stagnation. You are always growing, always changing — even when it does not feel like it.

And when that hunger for more appears — pause. Ask yourself what you truly want. What does your body want? Sit in stillness. Move the energy. Then listen. When clarity arrives and you feel deeply drawn toward something, take steps — but without gripping. Without expectation. With an open heart.

If it is meant for you, it will meet you.

Dear one, believe in yourself. How many times must this be underlined? Speak tenderly to yourself. Embrace your vulnerabilities. Celebrate your courage to show up. When fears and limiting programs arise, try this: give them up. The smallness. The conditions. The doubts. The belief that things are not okay or will not work out. Release the lack of reverence for yourself and for life.

Use your non-doing days wisely. Sit in silence. Play with your furry companion. Be in nature. Step out of old cycles and patterns. Live in awe. Live in alignment with what your spirit needs.

Remember that you always have a choice in how you respond to life’s movements and cycles. Your heart is more powerful than your fears. It longs to live in trust — in surrender to the unfolding genius of life.

Let life happen. Do not swim against the tide of your own becoming.

Do not cling to what you once believed to be true. Allow yourself to see differently. Ask the Universe, again and again, to reveal the greater truth — the one that sets you free.

And above all, remember:

To love. To trust. To surrender.

With love,
Your Higher Self
