Driven by a deep need and curiosity. built on my own experience, having lived through bursts of anger and constant rolling in same old patterns.
this is a program created for you if you feel overwhelmed, overcome with tension, anxiety and an inability to come out of a vicious cycle that perpetuates a ‘you’ that you do not recognise and feel estranged of. It is rooted in the awareness that ‘You are your own healer’, that the anger is a part of you that needs to be held, heard and supported, and most of all- honoured.
Join me on this journey, a program that is self-paced, consisting of 7 practices, that will give you the tools to create that grounded foundation, calm your nervous system, create that resilience and ability to be in your power, response-able an clear with your boundaries.
