Discover the joy of moving, breathing, and reconnecting with your body in Poetry in Motion: The Dance of Presence, a weekly online workshop designed for women seeking calm, presence, and authentic connection.

In these sessions, you’ll experience a unique blend of:


-Somatic practices to tune into your body’s natural intelligence
-Gentle yoga for flexibility, balance, and grounding
-Conscious dance to express yourself and release tension
-Breathwork to anchor your mind and energise your body
-Poetry and reflection to nurture your inner world

Like a moving poem, there will be space and permission for you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel supported by a community of like-minded women.
